Paint Salon
The robotic paint line of the company is well-equipped with Durr Company technology from Germany and is using the brand-new technology (Bell .Bell ) of spraying electrostatic color. High quality and optimal consumption of color have been counted as the good abilities of this system and it is able to spray 10 metallic colors and 4 solid colors at the same time. The annual capacity of paint salon is 900,000 sets of various bumpers
Injection Salon
The injection salon with taking advantage of 6 modern heavy injection machines from 2300 ton to 3200 ton from Krauss Maffei of Germany and Engel of Austria has the high quality production ability of automotive parts. The annual production capacity of heavy injection machines is more than 800,000 sets of bumper, dashboard, door panel and other parts
Assembly Salon
As production and coloring of the products, the assembly operation in addition to Caspian Site is done in the closest area to the car manufacturers (Tehran) in order to facilitate the transportation. The annual capacity of assembling dashboard sets, door panels, colored and uncolored bumpers is 800,000 sets which it would be increasable according to the needs of customer.
Laboratory

The Engineering department with taking advantage of experienced engineers using the most advanced designing soft wares of the World is able to provide optimal designs for the use of capabilities of the company, creation and development of new products and production processes to meet the need of the Market, project management and documentation and engineering changes. The stages of the development of products and the preparation of documentation in accordance with the requirements of the automobile manufacturer and the standard for the full implementation of the project in the production lines of the company, as well as the determination of polymer materials (polymer plastics and automotive paint) for components and assemblies of the company and projects with the cooperation of reputable domestic and international suppliers of raw material according to relevant standards which all stages of material and product development are confirmed after confirmation and testing and related tests will be used in the production lines
